CNC precision turned parts

Precision in series production, based on a continually developing quality managementsystem according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

Fully automated production and modern equipment are basis to be able to offer high quality products at low prices in the global competition.
On our CNC rotary machines we produce conventional and also sophisticated automatic turned parts in single, small, middle and mass series.
In this connection we are working with conventional machining steel, various stainless steels, aluminum, copper and brass alloys as well as rods made from polyester an various other plastics.
Furthermore, we process also not easily machinable chromium alloys and various plastics.

Machine parameters:

  • Rod diameter from 4 to 65mm
  • Speed up to 6300 r / min
  • Milling-, vertical- and cross edits
  • Driven tools
  • Front and rear side machining by main and counter spindles
  • Bar feeders for rods up to a length of 3 meters

CNC milling

On our CNC milling machines we produce conventional and also sophisticated milled parts in single and small series.
In this connection we are working with conventional machining steel, various stainless steels, aluminum, copper and brass alloys as well as rods made from polyester an various other plastics.
Furthermore, we process also not easily machinable chromium alloys and various plastics.

  • Maximum workpiece weight 400kg
  • Speed range 5 to 120000 U / min
  • Maximum tool weight 12kg
  • Maximum tool diameter 200mm
