1. Content of the website
zwerenz industries gmbh (hereinafter referred to as "zwerenz" for short) does not offer any guarantee that the information which is provided is up to date, correct, complete or of high quality. Liability claims against zwerenz which relate to damage of a material or non-material nature caused by the use or non-use of the information which is provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information are fundamentally precluded, provided that zwerenz has not acted wilfully or displayed gross negligence. All offers made are subject to confirmation and non-binding. zwerenz expressly reserves the right to alter, add to, delete or temporarily or permanently halt the publication of parts of the sites or the entire website without announcing this separately.
2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect links to external websites ("hyperlinks") that are outside the sphere of responsibility of zwerenz, a liability obligation would only come into force in the event that zwerenz is aware of the content and it would have been possible and reasonable for it to have prevented usage in the event of illegitimate content. zwerenz hereby expressly declares that, at the time that the links were set up, no illegal content could be seen on the sites to which the links are set up. zwerenz does not have any influence over the current and future design, the content or the copyright of the linked sites. It therefore hereby expressly distances itself from all content on all linked sites that was changed after the links were set up. This statement applies to all links and references set up within the company’s own website and also to external entries in guestbooks, discussion forums, links directories, mailing lists and weblogs set up by zwerenz, and in all other forms of databases whose content can be viewed by external write access. Liability for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and in particular for damages arising from the use or non-use of such information on offer shall reside solely with the provider of the site to which reference was made and not with the provider that merely refers to the respective publication via links.
3. Copyright and registration law
zwerenz strives in all publications to comply with the copyrights in respect of the pictures, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts which are used, to utilise pictures, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts which it has produced itself or to make use of licence-free graphs, sound documents, video sequences and texts. All trademarks and brand names which are mentioned within the website and may be protected by third-party copyright are subject without restriction to the provisions of the particular registration law which is in force and the proprietary rights of the particular registered proprietors. The mere mention on its own shall not lead to the conclusion that trademarks are protected by third-party rights! The copyright for published objects which are produced by zwerenz itself shall remain solely with zwerenz. Reproduction or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications shall not be permitted without the express consent of zwerenz.
4. Legal effectiveness of this liability disclaimer
This liability disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the website from which reference was made to this page. In the event that parts or individual formulations within this text should not, no longer or not fully correspond to the current legal position, this shall not affect the content or validity of the remaining parts of the document.
5. Data protection
We take the protection of personal data very seriously and we want you to feel safe and secure visiting our Internet site. We process personal data collected during a visit to our websites in accordance with the statutory provisions, in particular the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG). Please also be aware of our liability disclaimer!
How does the author process personal data?
At some places on our Internet site, we offer you the option of getting in contact with us. We only use the personal data that is transmitted to us by this means for the purpose for which it was provided to us. Your data will not be passed on to any third parties.
What is personal data?
Personal data is information that makes it possible to identify a person. This includes in particular your name, date of birth, address and telephone number. Information that cannot be associated directly with your true identity (e.g. favourite websites or number of users on a site) is not classified as personal data. (See also below in this regard: "Is data recorded during my visit?")
How is the transfer of personal data safeguarded?
In order to guarantee the confidentiality of the communication with you, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Based on what is known to date, the 128 bit encryption which is possible as a result of this is regarded as safe. All modern-generation browsers achieve this level of security. Under some circumstances, you may need to update the browser on your PC.
What data is requested?
In the event that within the website there is the option to enter personal or commercial data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), the user reveals this data on an expressly voluntary basis. Wherever it is technically possible and acceptable to do so, all of the services on offer may also be used without specifying such data or by specifying anonymous data or a pseudonym. However, if you correctly specify the optional data as well, you will enable us to provide you with a personal and individual level of service.
Is the confidentiality of the e-mail correspondence/contact form guaranteed?
If you want to contact the author by e-mail or the contact form, we wish to point out that the confidentiality of the information which is transmitted cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances despite encryption (see above: "How is the transfer of personal data safeguarded?"). The content of e-mails may be viewed by third parties. We therefore recommend that you only send us confidential information through the post.

  • Date, time
  • Browser type and browser settings

A reference to a particular person can only be derived from this if you log in directly on our website or access our website from a personalised site. However, the data will not be passed on to any third parties, even in extracts, under any circumstances.
Do you use cookies?

The session ID is automatically deleted again after you end your access operation or is dropped if you do not access our website for 30 minutes.
Do I have any influence on the way that my data is used?
Of course you have the sole right to decide whether and for what purposes we are allowed to use your data. In addition, you alone decide whether we ourselves are allowed to use your data for purposes of consultancy, advertising and market research. Here too, consent which is granted once may of course be withdrawn by you at any time.
Do you pass on my data to third parties?
We only use personal data for internal purposes within the framework of the customer relationship. We do not pass on any data to third parties without your consent. Personal data is only collected and passed on to state institutions and authorities that are entitled to be informed within the framework of the relevant laws or if we are obliged to do so by a court decision.
